Minocqua Antiques Show
July 26th, 2007The Minocqua Antiques Show will be held at the AmericInn on Hwy. 51 right across from Torpy Park.
If you Antiquing in Northern Wisconsin be sure to come to Minocqua, Wisconsin August 3, 4 & 5, 2007 for the finest antiques show in the area.
The show is held in the new AmericInn Convention Center on Hwy. 51, right in the center of town. There will be fine silver & silver plate, fine jewelry & costume jewelry, fine china, pottery, lots of furniture, lodge look, cottage, primitives, folk art, Native American items, rugs, jewelry, blankets & more, textiles, sporting & advertising collectibles, paper ephemera, spool cabinets, bear rugs, early lighting & kitchen collectibles, & a fine collection of Tom Rost’s original art. He was a noted Wisconsin wildlife artist who had a long relationship with Field & Stream, doing many covers for them as well as National Wildlife & other magazines & books & he also did the first Wisconsin Trout Stamp. There will be garden items, clocks & early lighting, & a large selection of post cards, paintings & prints, something for everyone.
There is plenty of parking so come early & stay late. Minocqua is the Island City of Wisconsin. As everyone says, “Gods Country”.
It’s difficult to list all of the items that will be at this show. I don’t want to forget that there will be decoys & hunting & fishing items too. It is an exciting show. You won’t want to miss it.
