Chippewa County Sheriff's Department to Auction Renaissance Land

The Wisconsin Renaissance Faire site is set to be auctioned off on July 30th by the Chippewa County Sheriff's department due to the fact that the owners of the land owe over $850,000.  The faire owner had mentioned in April that they were going to attempt to sell the faire and it's land. 

The Chippewa County Sheriff's department has a number of properties to be sold on this date.  A reserve price for the Renaissance Faire land has not yet been mentioned.  The size of the land for auction is 120 acres, but can only be used as a festival ground or campground.
